Can I exchange or return it after I receive the shoes?



We do not support unreasonable returns, because this is a custom product. The return or exchange mainly depends on what situation you meet, You can check out the info below to learn more 



A. If the size doesn’t fit 

If it is our problem, which means we messed up the size or our factory produced a wrong size sneaker, we will make a new order for you and you don’t need to pay anything. Please notice that, customer can’t change the size for this situation.

If customer places the order with wrong size, customer needs to take the losses. However, we offer 20% discount if customer want to make a new order with same design. For this situation, we don’t support any return and refund. 



B. Customer doesn’t like the quality of the shoes

We do not support returns or exchanges if the customer is only due to personal preference and not quality issues.

However, if it is a quality problem. Please contact us firsty and illustrate the quality problem it has. Our QC team will identify it. After it is verified as the quality problem, we will make a new order for you with same design.
